We can personalise everything to your events requirements, from presentation, distribution, or even the Menu itself!

We have provided catering for a wide variety of events, ranging from intimate children's birthday parties for 20 guests to large weddings and Bingo nights with over 90 guests. Whatever the size of your event, we are happy to customize our services to meet your needs. Menus can be adjusted simplified at your request; for instance, we recently catered an event featuring only Cod, Sausage, and Chips. , we offer many menu options specifically for events. We can also adapt the food presentation to suit your preferences, whether it's traditional paper wrapping, boxes, newspaper cones, or any other creative idea you have in mind!

Private Event Packages
Up to 30 guests – £500
Up to 40 guests – £600
Up to 50 guests – £700
Up to 60 guests – £800
Up to 70 guests – £1,000
Up to 80 guests – £1,100
Up to 90 guests – £1,225
Up to 100 guests – £1,350
All packages include:

Full menu choice (cod, sausages, burgers, chicken, scampi, veggie options)

Chips with all meals

Children’s options available

Condiments and sauces

Meals served in white cardboard fish & chip boxes

Two staff members for full service (up to 60 guests)

Three staff members for full service (70 guests and above)
Gluten free options are available on most items (supplement applies due to specialist batter).
Travel
Our prices include travel within a 10-mile radius of BH22 8BG.
For events outside this area, travel is charged at £2 per mile (round trip).
Deposit & Payment
To secure your booking we require:

£75 deposit for events up to 50 guests

£100 deposit for events over 50 guests
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date.
The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer or cash before or on the day of the event once final numbers are confirmed.
